At MAZREX, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We follow South African consumer laws to make returns and refunds fair for everyone.
Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)
Under Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you have 7 days from the day you receive your order to cancel for any reason. You will get a full refund of the purchase price.
You must pay the cost of sending the item back. The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Defective or Faulty Goods
All products have a 6-month warranty under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). If the item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you can choose a full refund, repair, or replacement.
We will pay the return shipping costs for verified faulty items. This does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents after you receive it.
How to Request a Return
Email us at info@mazrex.co.za within the allowed time.
Include your order number and photos if the item is damaged.
We will reply within 2–3 working days and guide you on the next steps.
Refunds
Once approved, we process refunds within 7–10 working days to your original payment method. Delivery costs are only refunded if we made a mistake.
We cannot accept returns on personalised or special-order items unless they are faulty.
