We work hard to get your order to you quickly. As a Shopify dropshipping store, we partner with reliable suppliers and couriers in South Africa.

Processing Time

We process orders within 1–3 working days after payment.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive in 3–7 working days within South Africa. Under Section 46 of ECTA, we aim to deliver within 30 days. If we cannot, you can cancel and get a full refund.aaedfc

Shipping Costs

Costs are shown at checkout. We use trusted couriers like The Courier Guy, PostNet, or similar partners.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship mainly within South Africa. For international orders, please email us first at info@mazrex.co.za.

Risk and Delivery

The risk stays with us until the goods reach you. Please give a correct physical address. We are not responsible for extra costs from failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or if no one is available to receive the parcel.
