By shopping at MAZREX, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.

Who Can Shop Here

You must be 18 years or older, or have a parent/guardian place the order for you.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email. All orders are subject to availability. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellations

Please contact us within 24 hours if you want to cancel. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping.

Product Descriptions

We try our best to show accurate photos and descriptions. Small differences (like colour on different screens) can happen.

Our Responsibility

We promise to send good quality items. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control (as a dropshipping store, shipping is handled by reliable partners).

Governing Law

These terms follow South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
